Thank you for shopping with Inner Circle Dept. Below is our shipping policy, including processing times and delivery expectations.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume drops, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.

Shipping Time (Estimated)

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are typically:
    •    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    •    Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping location.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for:
    •    delays caused by the shipping carrier
    •    lost packages
    •    stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first. You can also email us at info@innercircledept.com and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
    •    your order number
    •    clear photos of the package and item(s)
